An exciting journey through time, in the discovery of the history of weaving and of Umbrian culture.
The guided visit of the Museum-Workshop lasts around 45-60 minutes, and in this time, you will hear the history of the textile tradition in Umbria and observe every step of the production process with practical demonstrations of hand weaving on original looms from the 18th and 19th centuries.
You can wander around at your leisure to soak up the evocative atmosphere of an ancient workshop that still operates today and breathe in the scent of centuries-old timber and fine threads.
